FiascoFest
FiascoFest offers an interactive and light-hearted space to discuss challenges in research and academia, from writing and data analysis to career setbacks and securing funding in a competitive environment. Through shared experiences and supportive discussion, the workshop aims to build a sense of community and help participants navigate these challenges together.
The workshop will be followed by a tour of the Marine Research Institute laboratories and a meeting with the Klaipėda University community.

Chem2Change is a pan-European early-career researcher branch of the Association of Chemistry and the Environment. The network aims to connect and engage early-career researchers in chemistry and environmental science through both in-person and online events.
At EMEC26, Chem2Change will host an ECR-focused pre-conference workshop that combines networking, career conversations, and community building in a welcoming international setting.
