Cookies and similar technologies

- Essential-only storage is sufficient for normal site use
- Optional analytics or marketing cookies are not switched on by default
- If non-essential tools are added later, consent should be obtained before they are activated

This information is used only for conference organisation, participant communication, and payment/receipt handling.
- Registration data is stored in the conference data infrastructure
- Payment processing is handled through Stripe checkout and webhook flows
