About EMEC26
The European Meeting on Environmental Chemistry (EMEC) is a prestigious annual conference bringing together scientists, researchers, and industry professionals from across the globe to share advances in environmental chemistry and related fields.
What is EMEC?
EMEC is organized under the auspices of the Association of Chemistry and the Environment (ACE), a division of the European Chemical Society (EuChemS). The meeting series provides a platform for presenting the latest research on environmental monitoring, pollution sources, sustainable solutions, and environmental policy.
Who is it for?
EMEC welcomes researchers at all career stages — from PhD students to senior professors — as well as industry professionals, regulatory experts, and anyone engaged in environmental chemistry. Early-career researchers benefit from dedicated mentoring sessions and networking opportunities.
EMEC26 Edition
EMEC26 continues the tradition of scientific excellence with plenary lectures, keynote talks, oral and poster presentations, and vibrant social events. The programme spans the full breadth of environmental chemistry, from emerging contaminants to sustainable technologies.
Organizer, recognition & sponsors
Organized in Klaipėda, supported across Europe
