Abstract submissions and oral presentation submissions for EMEC26 are open until 30 September 2026.

Use the official EMEC26 abstract template. One-page maximum. Use of the template is mandatory before you upload your abstract in the registration flow.

Submit your abstract directly during registration. The presenting author must be a registered participant, and each author may submit up to two abstracts. Notifications of acceptance will be sent after abstract review. Posters must be prepared in Size: A0 (841 × 1189 mm), portrait only.

  1. Download and prepare the EMEC26 abstract template
  2. Open the registration form
  3. Choose your registration package
  4. Fill in participant and abstract details
  5. Upload the abstract file (DOC, DOCX, or PDF)
  6. Upload status proof if you are registering as a student or early-career researcher
  7. Review the calculated fee and continue to Stripe
  8. Complete payment to finalize the registration
