Submissions

Abstracts for EMEC26 may be submitted for oral, flash oral, or poster presentations. Oral abstracts are planned to close on 31 July 2026, while poster abstracts for the Book of Abstracts remain open until 15 September 2026.

Use the official EMEC26 abstract template. One-page maximum. Use of the template is mandatory before you upload your abstract in the registration flow.

Submit your abstract directly during registration. The presenting author must be a registered participant, and each author may submit up to two abstracts. Notification of acceptance is planned for 31 August 2026.

Choose one primary topic and up to two secondary topics.

  1. Download and prepare the EMEC26 abstract template
  2. Open the registration form
  3. Choose your registration package
  4. Fill in participant and abstract details
  5. Upload the abstract file (DOC, DOCX, or PDF)
  6. Upload student proof if you are registering as a student
  7. Review the calculated fee and continue to Stripe
  8. Complete payment to finalize the registration
