Presenter Guidelines
Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and professional presentation at EMEC26.
Oral Presenters
- Prepare your presentation in standard widescreen format (16:9).
- Bring your slides on a USB drive and upload them before your session.
- Arrive at your session room at least 15 minutes early.
- Session chairs will strictly enforce time limits.

Poster Presenters
- Print your poster in A0 portrait format (841 × 1189 mm).
- Include title, authors, and affiliations clearly at the top.
- Ensure text and figures are readable from 1 metre distance.
- Your poster board number will be assigned by the organizers.
- Mounting materials will be provided on site.
- Mount your poster before the start of the poster session and remove it after.
